What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo. We keep what you create in Thinkframe — your maps, notes and chats — and a record of AI usage per account, which we use to manage costs.

How it’s used

To run Thinkframe for you, and nothing else. No ads, no selling or sharing your data, and no third-party analytics or tracking.

Who processes it

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon, in the US), encrypted at rest. To write, answer questions or read aloud, Thinkframe sends the text it needs to its AI provider (Anthropic) and voice provider (Google Cloud). They don’t train on it, and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days.

Who can see it

Other people using Thinkframe can’t see your maps. People who run Thinkframe can see account details and usage, not your maps’ content.

The one exception is a map you choose to share. Turn on a map’s share link and anyone who has the link can read that map, without signing in, until you turn it off. They see its frames and notes. They can’t change it, and they can’t open the documents you added as Sources.

So that you can tell whether a link has been passed around, we count how many times a shared map is opened and by roughly how many people. To tell visitors apart we keep a scrambled fingerprint made from their network address and the kind of browser they use. We don’t keep the address itself, and the fingerprint can’t be turned back into it.

Your choices

You can export your maps any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email robwonghi@gmail.com.
